As the weather turns cold and the holidays are upon us, staff and faculty members at OWU have made the season even more festive. Departments from all over campus entered a contest, calling for them to put a unique spin on the traditional gingerbread house.

Happy Birthday, Ham-Wil!

A 21st birthday is a much-anticipated milestone, and this month the Hamilton-Williams Campus Center celebrated its own. The building, dedicated 21 years ago, is known as the heart of Ohio Wesleyan and a central meeting place for students. The occasion was marked with cake, balloons and a song.

Munch, Mix, and Mingle

Ohio Wesleyan’s Munch & Mingle is an annual event created by the Alumni Association Board of Directors, with the intent of bringing back to campus, OWU alumni who offer students career advice. This year’s event, scheduled on September 30, during Homecoming & Family Weekend, included 61 students who had pre-registered, and several alumni.

Leadership Legacies

On September 16, Ohio Wesleyan hosted its first dinner and panel discussion in six years, for members of the Alliance for Black Student Leadership, with more than 120 students and alumni representing six colleges and universities.
