Bishop Backers to Celebrate Fall Community Days on Sept. 5-6

BishopBackerLogoDelaware, Ohio – Are you ready for some football? And some field hockey? And some men’s and women’s soccer? And all for free?!

Then join the Bishop Backers for a two-day Fall Community Days Celebration on Sept. 5-6 at Ohio Wesleyan University. Admission to all home Battling Bishop athletic events will be free both days.

Come cheer on the Bishops at these dates, times, and locations:

  • 1 p.m. Sept. 5 – OWU Field Hockey vs. Houghton, at Selby Stadium, 45 S. Henry St.
  • 7 p.m. Sept. 5 – OWU Football vs. Mary Hardin-Baylor, at Selby Stadium.
  • 7:30 Sept. 5 – OWU Men’s Soccer vs. Albion, to conclude the two-day Fred Myers Invitational, at the Jay Martin Soccer Complex/Roy Rike Field, 249 Park Ave.
  • 2 p.m. Sept. 6 – OWU Women’s Soccer vs. Centre, at the Jay Martin Soccer Complex.

Admission for OWU ticketed sporting events is regularly $8 for adults, $4 for students, and free for anyone under age 5 or with an Ohio Wesleyan ID.
