Mike DeWitt, head men’s basketball coach for Ohio Wesleyan University, notched his 300th career victory and 250th Battling Bishops win on Jan. 17 when OWU defeated the DePauw Tigers of Indiana.

OWU in Review 2014

On the Ohio Wesleyan campus, 2014 has been a year of restoration and renovation. Edwards Gymnasium, Elliott Hall, Merrick Hall, Pfeiffer Natatorium (the soon-to-be Simpson Querrey Fitness Center), and the JAYwalk all receive significant improvements thanks to generous financial gifts from alumni, parents, and friends.

High-Flying Research

Christian Gehrke’s constant companion these days is small, loud, and on the cutting edge of technology. But the Ohio Wesleyan University senior isn’t complaining. His companion is the DJI Phantom I drone complete with a modified GoPro digital camera.

Rocking the Votes

First came an intense interest in history, which eventually led Ohio Wesleyan junior Adam Fleischer to the political arena, as a senior at Olentangy High School in Delaware County.
